A cancellation fee will be issued to any client (signer or company) that cancels or reschedules within three hours of the confirmed appointment time. A cancellation may also occur if the client is unable to verify the required ID, documents are not sent in a timely manner, signer is a no-show to the appointment, etc. Cancellation fees vary based on the amount of notarizations. The fee ensures that the Notary will be paid for their reserved time.
